    Nesnadny + Schwartz welcomes back Kim Hall to its creative team as Senior Designer, where she’ll be involved in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of print and interactive-based communication programs.

    “Having been a highly regarded and valued employee three years ago, we knew Kim would come back to us with even more beneficial skills and experience than she brought before” said Greg Oznowich, Creative Director of Nesnadny + Schwartz. “Re-hiring her was as they say, a ‘no brainer.’ Like us, our clients believed in Kim’s work and enjoyed working with her, so she’ll be able to hit the ground running and basically pick up where she left off.”

    Hall is a BFA graduate in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University, with a concentration in Three Dimensional Design and a minor in Advertising. She began her career at American Greetings, before joining Nesnadny + Schwartz in 2010. In 2012 she accepted a position at Twist Creative where she designed publication and advertising campaigns, visual identity systems, and websites. She also assisted in art directing food and lifestyle photo shoots, and overseeing and maintaining clients’ brands for a broad range of companies and organizations including: the American Advertising Federation — Cleveland; the Cleveland Indians; Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland; Lincoln Electric; Paladar Restaurant Group; and Recognition Robotics. Her work has earned her several design and communication awards including Gold, Silver, and Bronze Cleveland Addy Awards, and inclusion in the 2014 HOW International Design Annual.

    “I am excited to rejoin the innovative team at Nesnadny + Schwartz,” said Hall. “With expertise in publication, web, and identity design, N+S continues to deliver smart, classic, and sophisticated design solutions. The company culture is collaborative and promotes individual as well as team growth.” Hall currently resides in Cleveland, near Edgewater Park.

    Woodruff Joins N+S as Senior DesignerJon Woodruff has recently joined design consultancy Nesnadny + Schwartz as a Senior Designer, where he’ll be involved in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of interactive and print-based communication programs.

    “Jon comes to us with a rich, diverse background that will complement our creative staff on every level,” said Greg Oznowich, Creative Director of Nesnadny + Schwartz. “His broad range of design and production skills — in both print and online disciplines — along with his analytical and detail-oriented work methodology, are key to how we approach solving design problems.”

    Woodruff is a BFA graduate in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. He began his design career supporting the efforts of local Akron design studios Gate Creative and Red Design, where he was involved in designing corporate identity systems, publications, and websites. Prior to joining Nesnadny + Schwartz, Woodruff served as the Interactive Design Director at Chicago’s Punchkick Interactive, where he focused his efforts on creating engaging digital experiences for a host of Fortune 500 companies including: AT&T; Allstate; GE; Harley-Davidson; Marriott International; Microsoft; and UPS.

    “I’ve always held a great amount of respect and admiration for the body of work Nesnadny + Schwartz has produced in their 35 years serving local, national, and international foundations and businesses,” said Woodruff. “This legacy is a testament to their long-standing commitment to design excellence and the creative process.     Woodruff, currently resides in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, with his wife Kristen, daughter, and twin boys.
